Was really good to see her vagain--a big hug that we had survived our first seperation and Jo and I both shared in communal meals last night and met up with people we knew in seperate places

Gosh how exciting and amazing to see each other . getting all choked up... Seeing it worked sowell you'll probably do a bit more of it. The foot sounds a bit of a pain. have you tried the mantra. "I have healthy feet" you could say it about 6,000 times on the way - surely your body will finally get sick of it and just be healthy!!. About Fliss 'losing" your formulae. She may be just trying to climb the ladder a bit faster with a 'secret formula". Love you to MArs and back _ just a bit further than the moon!! and lots of healing massages for your foot Love Maz

Dear Chris - so great to read your blogs - worried about your foot - take care and be gentle... the camraderie sounds really wonderful - communal dinners and seeing people come and go and then meeting them again, sounds so social - with space in between for walking and being quiet - what a lovely balance. Love and hugs to you
