difficult Day

Have a badly inflamed right foot (GOUT?) thought overnight I may have to catch a bus today. However it was a little better this morning and I hobbled 20 km to Longrono--- I think it is improving---caught up with Irish girl Roisin here--she went past us yesterday to do 31kms but today she did only 9--her foot is playing up !!! Jo and I and Roisin are about to go out to Dinner in Longrono
